Welcome to InboxWA ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, platform, and services including WhatsApp Business API, Messenger, Instagram, CRM, chatbot builder, automation tools, and related offerings (collectively, the "Services"), you ("User," "Customer," "Client") agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Services immediately.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services
You confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business
Use of WhatsApp Business API and Meta platforms must comply with their official policies
2. Services Provided
InboxWA provides:
WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram API integrations
CRM and customer management tools
Chatbot builder and automation workflows
Marketing campaigns and notifications
eCommerce integrations
WhatsApp verification (GreenTick) assistance
Analytics, reporting, and support services
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
3. Account Registration & Security
You must provide accurate and complete account details
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
All activity under your account is your responsibility
InboxWA is not liable for unauthorized access due to your negligence
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to:
Use Services for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes
Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages without proper consent
Violate WhatsApp, Meta, or third-party platform policies
Upload malware or attempt unauthorized system access
Misuse APIs or automation in violation of applicable laws
Violation may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
5. Pricing, Payments & Refunds
All prices are in INR (₹), excluding applicable taxes
Subscription fees must be paid in advance
Minimum recharge requirements may apply
Add-on services are billed separately
Refund Policy:
Payments are non-refundable once services are activated unless required by law.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.
6. WhatsApp Verification & GreenTick
InboxWA assists in WhatsApp Business verification and GreenTick applications
Approval is solely at Meta’s discretion
We do not guarantee approval
Fees for this service are non-refundable once processed
7. Data & Privacy
Your data is handled as per our Privacy Policy
You are responsible for obtaining proper user/customer consent
InboxWA may process message logs, automation flows, and CRM data to deliver Services
8. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, and content belong to InboxWA
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services
You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the platform
9. Third-Party Integrations
Our Services integrate with third-party platforms (Meta, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
We are not responsible for their performance, outages, or policy changes
Your use of third-party platforms is subject to their own Terms
10. Service Availability
We aim to provide high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
Downtime may occur due to maintenance or third-party issues
InboxWA is not liable for any losses caused by service interruptions
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
InboxWA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months
We are not responsible for:
Business losses due to downtime
Delays or rejection in WhatsApp verification
Misuse of Services or APIs
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InboxWA and its team from any claims arising from:
Your misuse of Services
Violation of these Terms
Violation of laws or platform policies
13. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or non-payment
Data may be deleted after termination as per legal requirements
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India
Any disputes will be subject to courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka
Arbitration may be required before legal proceedings
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
